Return Policy
We want you to love your Oh My Mahjong purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Please note the following conditions:
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a request for a refund. Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Exchanges will not be accepted. Store credit will not be issued.
Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must arrive in perfect condition. All products must be in their original packaging and plastic to be eligible for return. Mahjong tiles must be unused and in their original packing and plastic to be eligible for return.
Item Swap: Item swap will not be available for any purchases.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Refunds for Damaged or Opened Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged or opened.
